We ensure timely notifications to users regarding the approaching end of their subscription via email, or they have the option to extend it conveniently within their account settings.
Extending a subscription can be done directly within the automated email
Typically, users receive their initial notification about the impending end of their subscription approximately a week prior to the tariff expiration date. This notification is sent to the email address associated with their account on our platform. Within this email, users have the option to make immediate payments using their card. By simply clicking on the provided pay with a card link, users are directed to our secure payment gateway, ensuring seamless extension of their existing tariff.
Extension in the MyInvoiceOnline account
Alternatively, users can also extend their subscription directly within their account dashboard on our platform. A straightforward option located in the top navigation bar redirects users to the payment gateway. Should users wish to explore different tariff options, they can navigate to the My account - Extend the subscription section and select from our range of MINI or PREMIUM tariffs.
The subscription has already expired and invoicing is not possible
In instances where a subscription has lapsed and invoicing is no longer feasible, users need not fret over data loss. Once payment is received in our account, the invoicing feature will be reinstated promptly. Card payments trigger account activation within minutes.
